Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Skaffe.com, or any members of Skaffe.com Team Support be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

Requests for Removal of Links

 Skaffe.com indices consist of information that has been identified, reviewed, indexed and compiled by human beings. Skaffe.com occasionally receives requests from people to remove links from its indices.  Although Skaffe.com reserves the right to address such requests individually, the general principles for such actions are:

Skaffe.com would consider on a case-by-case basis requests to remove the link to a site from its indices.   For each web site reflected in Skaffe.com's indices, Editors may remove links if either (i) a site owner restricts access to his or her web site or (ii) a site is taken down from the web, or (iii) a site is placed in an inappropriate category or (iv) a site's content has changed significantly then, upon receipt of a request by the site owner or a third party in any instance. Contact should be made with the Team Support to submit a request for a site link removal.

Skaffe.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove links or to take action on your request.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of Guernsey, Channel Islands without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Skaffe.com.
