Skaffe.Com is a virtual community of people from all over the world
brought together by a common goal:
To build a top quality Directory,
with an equal voice for each and every member of the Community.
Thank
you for your interest in becoming an Editor.
You agree to the following terms and conditions
before receiving consideration in the Application
process
and before being presented with an
Application form.
1. You agree not to give the passwords that
access
Skaffe.com accounts
to anyone.
You further agree that internal
operations, emails, operational manuals or discussion
documents belong to
skaffe.com and will discussed or commented upon,
only within the
Community.
2. You agree
to the guidelines for site submission and reviews
established by
the Skaffe Committee. [Help

3. You agree not to abuse
Skaffe.com or to use Skaffe.com
for personal storage space.
4. You agree not to install,
upload or run any script that could harm or slow
down the
server's performance.
5. You agree not to make any actions or attempts to change or modify the password
for Skaffe.com and furthermore, you agree to be held
legally liable for any such
actions or attempts.
6. You agree and understand that your work at
Skaffe.com is at a volunteer level.
7. You agree to report immediately to
Team Support
any malicious activity you see in the
Skaffe.com Directory.
8. You hold Skaffe.com, and its
owners, harmless from any liability
that might arise from working on
Skaffe.com, and
agree to the terms of service as set forth by
the Support Team.
9. You agree that all of your efforts at
Skaffe.com will be to improve
the quality and search ability of the
Directory.
10. You agree to deal with other Editors at a professional and friendly level.
11. When PHP
programming is available for banner rotation,
you agree to
the limitation of placing only one (1) banner (dimensions 468x60)
in each of the topics you work and
that you will remove the banner(s)
once you leave that topic or leave the
Skaffe Community.
You agree that
you will remove or replace banner(s) that place a large
load on the system
resources.
12. You agree and understand that banner ads can point to your personal
or affiliate sites, but
these banners can not point to pornography
or any site
prompting or engaging in illegal activities.
13. You agree and understand that the failure to comply to the standards set forth
by this community can lead to the termination of your service to this
Directory.
14. You understand and agree that you will be required to meet the ‘Code
of Conduct’
of Skaffe.com
at all times, as they are presented here or in an amended
form.
15. Skaffe.com reserves the right to change or modify these terms without notice
and you hold
Skaffe.com and Team Support harmless from any liability
arising from such action.
The currently posted terms supercedes any and all past terms posted here.
By clicking ‘I Accept’, you signify that you have read and understood the above agreement and agree to the above guidelines. Acceptance also signifies that you understand
that the failure to comply to the standards set forth by this community can lead to the termination of your service to this
Directory.
You understand and agree that you will be required to meet the ‘Code of
Conduct’ of
